About Cleon Cox From janitor to stockbroker, trucking company owner to co-founder of the National College Association, Cleon Cox III has invested his time, energy and expertise as facilitator of the Job Finders Support Group, Portland, OR. since 1991. Born in San Jose, California, Cox explored careers in both blue and white collar arenas before becoming a business owner. His experience reflects customer service. His background exemplifies family and commitment to community. Cox is the 2002 recipient of the Herb Stude Award for outstanding educational service, District Seven* Toastmasters International. Recipient of the Toastmasters International Presidential Citation in 2010. This support group facilitator turned author is a 68 year old great grandfather of five. Cox helps create new Toastmaster Clubs in the Portland metro area. Cox is a former Area Governor and Club President of Toastmasters International. He is an active member of Wallmasters International, Tigard, OR.
